Sometimes due to stock availability, or factors outside of our control it may not be possible to fulfil part or all of your order.
We'll do our best to contact you if we need to change anything, and if there are any items we can't fulfil we'll refund you for those items.
This is a brand new service. We have carefully designed this system to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible but we ask for your patience as we get going.
We'll do everything we can to make sure your order is ready by the time you specify. However sometimes there can be unforeseen circumstances which may result in a delay to your order.
We don't use nuts in our kitchen but we are unfortunately unable to guarantee all our dishes are free from any nut traces, because of the way some ingredients are packaged by our suppliers.
Please allow around 60 minutes for your order to arrive. Orders should not normally take any longer than this. However delays can occur due to high demand, traffic conditions or other unforseen circumstances.
If applicable, a delivery charge will be added to the total for your order. This charge is calculated based on the distance you are from us.
A minimum order value must be reached (excluding any delivery charges) in order to qualify for delivery.

Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. This page will be updated with any changes we make to the conditions. The terms and conditions applicable to you are those published on this page at the time that you order, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law.
